PRMC has a longstanding partnership with United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore. For almost 15 years, PRMC and their employees have raised nearly $1.5 million to benefit United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore and its programs.
“We pride ourselves on Service Excellence for our patients, and this is truly Service Excellence for our Lower Shore communities,” said Peggy Naleppa, MS, MBA, Dr.M, FACHE, President/CEO of Peninsula Regional Medical Center. “Our healthcare team is always seeking opportunities to extend a helping hand beyond the boundaries of our campus and to impact individuals in their everyday lives at those times and locations they will need it most. Working in partnership with the United Way, we are able to do just that by positively influencing and changing lives.”
United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore Executive Director Kathleen Mommé shared, “PRMC employees continue to be a blessing for our local United Way and our community members in need. As the second largest campaign among 200 organizations on the Shore, the hundreds of PRMC employees who support United Way are professionals who personify all that is right in our community!"
